Terms of Use:

I understand the terms of the coaching contract that I am entering into with GRINDATION LLC ("Kendall Ficklin & Associates"). I understand that upon completing the initial payment, I am contractually obligated to pay the contract amount in full within the specified timeframe. If I cancel/withdraw from the program prior to the agreed upon completion date, I understand that I am still obligated to pay the remaining balance owed to GRINDATION LLC.

I understand if I have an unpaid balance to GRINDATION LLC, ("Kendall Ficklin & Associates") and do not make satisfactory payment arrangements, my account may be placed with an external collection agency and I will be responsible for any and all attorney fees associated with the collection.

In order for GRINDATION LLC ("Kendall Ficklin & Associates") or their designated external collection agency to service my account, and where not prohibited by applicable law, I agree that GRINDATION LLC ("Kendall Ficklin & Associates") and the designated external collection agency are authorized to (i) contact me by telephone at the telephone number(s) I am providing, including wireless telephone numbers, which could result in charges to me, (ii) contact me by sending text messages (message and data rates may apply) or emails, using any email address I provide and (iii) methods of contact may include using pre-recorded/artificial voice message and/or use of an automatic dialing device, as applicable.

GEORGIA LAW; JURISDICTION; VENUE: This Agreement is governed by Georgia law, without reference to conflicts of law provisions. Any action or proceeding to which Merchant or any Guarantor is a party and which relates in any way to this Agreement may be brought and enforced in the courts of Fulton County in the State of Georgia or of the United States for the Northern District of Georgia, subject to Section.

1. Upgrading and Downgrading Coaching Plan: You can request an upgrade to your Coaching Plan anytime seven (7) days before your monthly billing cycle. Request to downgrade coaching plans will be honored on a case by case basis. To switch your plan simply notify us in writing by emailing [email protected] and our billing department will process your request accordingly.
   
   
2. Once a monthly payment has been withdrawn from your authorized payment method on file, a refund cannot be made for any reason. If you would like to change your authorized payment method on file, please notify us in writing by emailing [email protected] seven (7) days before your monthly bill cycle.
   
   
3. All services rendered for the client are made at their own risk—no guarantees, no refunds, no exchanges, no credits.

Your use of the Services is subject to this legal agreement between you and GRINDATION, LLC ("Kendall Ficklin & Associates"). Any products, software, and services provided to you under a separate written agreement are subject to this agreement.
