The Advanced Insights Assessment

The assessment is divided in to three parts:

  • DISC: We have four animals. Lion, Flamingo, Chameleon, & Turtle. In the DISC we will discover the How (how you prefer to use the natural behavioral styles.)

  • Values: The values measure your motivational style and drivers. (Why you are motivated to use your natural talents.)

  • Attributes: The attributes measure how you think and make decisions. (Your natural talents.)
